He is decent actor

I feel the reason why he never managed to build upon the success of BMB was that he didn't signed on a commercially mass appealing film like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag which could have tested his acting chops.

Shadi ke Side Effects, Wazir, The sky is Pink, Rock on 2, etc., were very niche movies which were not liked by their target audience either.

He is doing Toofan and Rakesh Sharma Biopic and both sound much more wide appealing. He has a chance to make a comeback if both of these films work.

He looks like he is someone who loves the chase and then gets bored when he conquers it. He loved the chase of being a director and when he got accolades he got bored of it. Now looks like he lost the thrill in acting too. To top that his personal life was in a mess for 2-3 yrs which might have added to him losing focus.

Frankly he’s a below average actor and a God awful singer. Another nepo career that never should’ve happened.

His voice is really annoying and his acting in most of his movies been below par.

His voice in Gallan Goodiyan is one of the worst I have seen. He sounded like someone who had been thirsty for 30 years
