Indian Television: Not ready for kissing?

I don't know maybe its because i have grown up outside india, but i think the serials would be able to capture a better sense of relatability with the audience if we all as indian stop looking as kissing on tv as taboo. I mean im not saying to get inappropriate since children DO watch this, but kissing in universal and we do it to display affection, it is a special bond/feeling we share with the ones we love. I think by breaking this whole kissing is a no no in indian culture, indian serials will truly be able to start connecting the audience with their star couples! What do you think? I for one think seeing Armaan and Ridz be in love and never kiss, is really unrealistic. In the real world, people do kiss, they may not go farther than that, and thats fine, but that doesnt mean they dont kiss. Lets move forward India!!! We have alot of potential to be even better at creating amazing love stories!!!! Dill Mill Gayye producers....i guarentee you start showing real affections, your fans will truly be able to connect and feel the love between armaaan and ridz.

I definitely see your point! But havent we seen enough caring, talking etc? isnt it time we see love from a new perspective? A REALISTIC perspective? Something thats different and breaking away from the rules of indian culture that have been holding the indian entertainment business back?

No but AR's cuteness lies in the lil convos they have. The way they fight for lil things! 😆 😆 For me as an audience I am happy with whatever is happening and do not want this love story to go to another level. And even if it does I dont really mind it! 😊

i so agree w/ u. kissing is not the only way of expressing feelings there are other ways too!

i complitely agre with u cause now its high time that indian television should surely show some kissing scenes cause even i fink that by showing this kind of scenes, indian serials will truly be able to start connecting the audience with their star!

and if they dont show this kinds of scenes just because of kids than let me clear that there are also some kids chanels like disney,nick,etc(in india) which do show some serials wich hav kising scenes!! & even some kids see this serial!!!so i dont think thers a problem of kids!!

Kissing is not the only way we can display our love..There are so many other ways.

First of all..Not every girl/guy would wanna kiss..Ridz is confused ...Or rather..FEELS she is confused about her relationship with armaan and until she is completely sure about her love for him and his love for her she wouldnt want the relationship to move...

Kssing is just a form of showing ur affection...

But its not the only way of showing ur love for a person.. Ridz is really confused...and untils he feels assured enough..she wouldn sya anything to Armaan..althoug i have no idea whats taking her so long...

I do believe that kissing is one way of showing your affection...but there are so many other ways of displaying it...I personally feel that AR have that intensity in their scenes...they don't need extra added stuff like kissing! 😳
