Well Jas,I was notbothered if gals werent with me..I was always with the boys and they were all happy with my name..hmm..Actualyl they were least bothered abt my name..it was other things tht they were bothered and i was happy there with them..Morever,i realised tht rishi and me were like 2 opposites...how can i have such a name and so i changed it to Simran..Hm..isnt tht name sexy??? ;)
2. your sister Monal committed suicide by hanging herself. Immediately after the suicide, you called a press conference and accused fellow actress Mumtaj and others of having instigated the suicide. now why on earth would mumtaj want to do something like that??? and what came of it anyway???

Mumtaj was fast turning out to be a popular actress..hmm...sorry sex symbol down south and it was affecting my chances at the box office and every1 wanted to sign in her as heroine while myself and my sis were getting affected bcoz of tht..Hence i had to thwart that and monal committed suicide at the right time and i just picked up the chance and blamed mumtaz and now she is not to be seen in kollywood at all.....how was my master plan...????

3. you were the judge for maanaada mayilada. and you were unceremoniously replaced by namitha (ugh) for asking more money. did you feel like oliver twist when asking for more??? they replaced you with namitha...is that the kind of value you have amongst the movie personalities??

I never asked for more money..Imagine my situation..i am out of movies and i cant do any other thing than being in the world of cinema...In this situation,how can i demand money..The prob was MM had a low viewership rate..they wanted to increase it and they found tht Namitha in her skimpy clothes wd be the 1 suitable for it and she was ready to shed clothes for a smaller amount while i wasnt willing to do tht..more money,more clothes down...Thts my policy.. Am i right???

4. you were thrice nominated for national awards but never won. tell something more about having reached that far and not making it to the top!!

Its sad that i was selected for the national awards itself..Imagine all that i had to do was run ard in skimpy clothes and dance a few steps..If i get a national award for this,then all heroines wd be getting it..Anyway Kannathil muthamittal was different..I also expected to get 1 for that as i did some serious acting there ..But then guess as ppl dint expect to c fully clad like tht,i missed out on tht...

5. According to Guru Granth Sahib Guruji simar, simaran means Meditating, meditating in remembrance to find peace. have you found peace???

6. another point according to the Guru Granth Sahib is that by CARRYING OUT SIMRAN

one is purified and attains salvation or 'Mukti'. is that why you are being dumped out of programmes, shows actors lives etc???

Actually all my heroes have attained that as they have all carried me in all my films and even otherwise..But now i think its difficult for them to do so..Imagine my size ..so i guess they are opting for osme other person through whom they can attain salvation...

Actually Jayaji saw me in Superhit muqabla and wanted me to act in a movie..Ofcoz i had to satisfy many producers and the director bfore entering..But that how i started acting and my frst movie was Tere mere SApne..n there was no looking bk after that..

What/Noway..Thts natural.Common..How can u ever talklike that..Thts 1 thing original abt myself..I am not like those hollywood actresses or our own desi actrss like some1 who went to malaysia (not mentioning any1 here...hmm)..Those are all natural and i really worked hard to get it..

4. Which male co-star challenges you the most??
More than male co-star,i wd say it was the director Maniratnam..Bcoz he really took lots of pain to make me act..So tht was very challenging..
5. You were always linked with co-stars who were good dancers!! Why is it so???
Really?I dont find any good dancers in this industry at all...noone is a good fit to me.

I dont slap ..Its just a gentle pat on their cheek..Hmm.cant leak tht out...

I never knew abt my wedding just bfore tht day...I was doubtful whether Hubby darling will turn up or not...With such ambiguities in my mind,how do u expect me to call ppl and make a fool of myself??

I thought that wd be a good start to my film career after my big break..But then i found tht politicians were even more cunning and hence it didnt fit me at all...

Ofcoz !! I get all those products free of cost and i use anything tht comes free..(No pun intended)...
