Part 11

Rest of the days passed in preparing and practicing to present ishita as Raman's girlfriend in front of court . In these two days they purposely go out together in public so that media can capture them . They even took ruhi with them and she was more than happy to join them ,her wide smile was plastered all over the news channel. Ruhi was genuinely happy with ishra which was clearly visible in the clips which were showing in the news channel. Raman's lawyer called him and assured that now they will surely win ruhi's custody. On the other hand Ashgun were fuming in anger with all this ,ashok has hired a PI who was following ishraru all the time,so that they can prove that Bhalla's are lying but unfortunately he didn't get any proof as ishra were already used of taking care of eachother ,so they don't have to act much and as it was genuine ,the PI didn't get a single evidence rather even he got convinced that ishra are real . Ruhi's presence was adding more closeness between ishra , once ishraru had gone to have ice cream . They were having icecream when soneone pushed ishita and her ice cream got smudged on her face , ruhi started giggling seeing ishita's state . Ishita pouted listening to her and said " makn joker lag rahin hoon aur tum mujh par has rahi ho ." Ruhi giggled more while Raman took a napkin and started wiping ishita's face ,though that was nothing much but the PI looked it as a very romantic act ,as ishita eyes were closed. Like this once ishita tripped and qas about to fall but Raman held her in nick of time which also looked like a romantic act . He observed some more moments between ishra ,took those pics and submitted it to Ashgun informing that ishra are actually, much in lovd couple.

Finally today was the case hearing bhallas along with iyers went to court . Ashgun were already present their and were talking to their lawyer , it was looking like they were arguing . Soon the judge showed up and thd court proceedings started ,both the lawyers presented their cases with evidences . Everyones statment was recorded, finally ruhi was asked ,with whom she wants to live and as usual ruhi opted for bhalla . The judge even asked that why she is not choosing her mother instead of would be step mother , then the little girl replied that she never got to know her mother but she knows ishita well and had a lovely bond with her . To support her statment bhalla's lawyer showed some pictures of ishraru enjoying together . Both the lawyers had presented their cases and now it was the time of judgment. All were nervous as well as tensed ,ruhi was ishita were talking , it seems that little ruhi was tensed too and ishita was comsoling her . Finally the judge spoke "The court has listened to every witness and had seen all the evidences ,even had talked tk little ruhi, whose custody case is this .Though Mrs Shagun Khanna's case is very strong and the custody should be given to her only as she is Ruhi bhalla's biological mother but at the same time we can't ignore that the fact that she has left ruhi when she was just an infant . Aur ab ruhi unhe theek se jaanti bhi nahi hai,jabki wo Bhalla house mein bachpan se rahi hai aur abhi bhi wahin rahna chahti hai.Aur itna hi nahi ,use ishita iyer ,jo ki Mr Bhalla ki girlfriend hai unse bhi koi problem nahi hai ,rather she loves her alot and want Miss ishita to be her future mother . Even after talking to miss iyer we can say that she too like ruhi a lot .So the court is granting Ruhi's custody to Mr Raman Bhalla for next one month. "

All got happy listening to this while the judge continues " the court will have a hearing after one month,in which Mr Raman bhalla and Miss ishita iyer has to submit their certificate of marriage, then only the court can give Ruhi bhalla's permanent custody to them."

Saying so the judge signed the order ,got up and left, leaving bhallas and iyers in shock . All got up and started leavkng when shagun reached to them and said " is baar to tumhe custody mil gayi hai but remember I have a month time . Ek mahine baad main apni beti tumse le kar rahoongi aur is baar koi bhi jhooth mujhe rok nahi paayega ."

T- tune to ruhi ko paida hote chod diya tha na ,to phir ab kyun chahiye wo tujhe. Main kah rahi hoon shagun ,door rah mere puttar aur meri ruhi se warna main tujhe chodungi nahi .

S- chillaate raho aise hi mujhe koi farak nahi padega ,kyunki mujhe jo karna hai, main kar ke rahoongi .

Saying so she walked out towards her car, bhallas too went to their car while iyers had already left .After sitting in car toshiji said " bhallaji ab hum kya karenge , humne to inke rishte ki jhooti baat kahi thi ,lekin usejudge ne to inhe shaadi ka order de diya ."

R(angrily)-kaha tha maine ,ye sab nahi karne ke liye ,but you people didn't listened to me . Now what we will do , aaplogo ki is zidd ne sab kuch kharaab kar diya aur us lawyer ,use to main aone haatho se maar daalunga ,ye bakwaas idea usi ka tha .

Mr bhalla - its ok ,I agree it was our idea but the truth was ,hamare paas iske alaawa aur koi chaara bhi nahi tha ,ab kam se kam hamare paas ek mahina hai . We can think something else .

Talking like this they reached their home , Mr bhalla said that they should visit iyers to know what they are thinking . Saying so he walked towards iyer house , toshiji too followed him.Raman too wanted to console ishita so he also walked behind them . They rang the door bell and Mr iyer opened the door ,he called them inside , amma was in kitchen ,shouting on ishita and appa while ishita was not in view .

Mr iyer looked at bhallas and said " madhu is bit angry over the court order ."

Mr bhalla - we can only say sorry for it ,hamne kabhi nahi socha tha ki judge aisa kuch bolegi .

Before Mr iyer says anything they heard Amma " bola tha maine ki ek jhooth ko chipaane ke liye baar baar jhooth bolna padta hai but tum dono baap beti ko meri baat sunni hi nahi hai ,ab bataao hum kya karenge."

She was going on saying when Mr iyer said " madhu chup raho ,dekho Ruhi aur uske dadu ,dadi aayein hain ."

Amma got silent and came out of kitchen while ruhi asked " thatha ishita aunty kahaan hain ?".

Mr iyer - she is in her room kanna .

Ruhi got up and went to ishita's room while the room got silent , all wanted to talk but no one knows what to say . Raman waited for sometimes then got up and walked to ishita's room leaving their parents . He was about to enter the room but stopped listening to ruhi .

Ru- ishita aunty ab aap asli mein meri mumma ban jaaogi na ,kitna mazaa aayega . Mere sabhi dosto ke pass mumma hain bas mere paas nahi thi ,ab mere paas bhi hongi aur main apni mumma ko khud choose kiya hai ,kitni achchi baat hai na .

I- arey nahi ruhi , aisa kuch nahi hoga .

Ru- kyun ,wo judge aunty ne to order order kar ke yahi to kaha .

I- haan unhone kaha to but we can't do that baby . Marraige is very big thing .

Ru - big thing ,matlab .

I- ab main aapko kya bataaun beta .

Ru- Aap mujhe bataao main samajh jaaungi main bahut intelligent hoon .

Raman saw ishita struggling so he knocked the door ,ishru looked at door and saw Raman . He asked " can I come in ."

I- haan aaiye na .

Raman gave his mobile to ruhi and said " rooh lo aap game khelo mujhe ishita aunty se thodi baat karni hai .

Ruhi happily took the phone and started playing while Raman settled in front of ishita and said " I m so sorry ishita ."

I- kyun ? Aap kyun sorry bol rahein hain , aap to is plan ke liye ready bhi nahi the .

R- still I agreed for it and now see whats thd result . Mujhe to ab aage kuch samajh bhi nahi aa raha hai .

I- did you talked to the lawyer .

R- us idiot se kya baat karna ,this is his doing only . He chose the simplest way but see now where we are standing . I can only see darkness everywhere there is no ray of hope .

Raman looked at her and said " ishita you are not a child ,hum shaadi ki baat kar rahein hain ,its not a damn game or contract. you are talking so nonsense , tumhari baaton kakoi sense hi nahi hai. "

I- I know ,itni akal hai mujhme but we are stuck either we have to marry or let ruhi go . Sir its all about you are your daughter, why don't you understand.

R- aur tumhara kya .

I- mera ,mera kya kaun si meri shaadi abhi ho rahi thi aur pata nahi kabhi hogi bhi ki nahi .Aap dekho mujhe kaun shaadi karega mujh jaisi badsoorat ladki se ,do you remember how everyone use to bully me .

Her eyes got filled ,saying this ,Raman felt bad listening to this ,he cupped her face and said " hey ishita are you mad ,kaun kahra hai ki tum badsoorat ,you are beautiful, way more beautiful than those women who cake her face to look beautiful, more beautiful than the girls who flaunt their body to gain others attention . You are way more beautiful than us because your heart is pure , because you want to sacrifice your life for me and my daughter. Don't ever say thay again .
