Defamation ki baat kaun kar raha hai? Maine toh statement record karne ki baat ki along with whatever proof she has regarding all the revelations that she is supposed to make.

Agency is busy solving the case and Kangana if she has any proof it should be her duty to submit them to the investigation team. CBI ke bulane ka intezaar kya karna. Mumbai police ne toh ek mahina pehle bulaya tha aaj tak nahin gayi, ab toh case bhi trasnfer ho gaya ab toh chali jaye.

defamation is just an example that public domain statement can use against you and you can't denied that its not mine statement.... that's why many celebrity and journalist always make the excuse of account hacked ....

It may work for defamation yes but it doesn't help in Sushant's case as far as I understand so it will be good for everyone if she can record her statement to the investigation team, currently in charge of the case which happens to be the CBI and submit all her proofs.
