But they found something more damning -- bills of drug consignment, diary that had the list of the suppliers they procured drugs from and consumers they sold the drugs to (latest news is that his diary listed 14 B'Town celebrity clients)...

Also digital evidences, the one that were retrieved from their own gadgets -- the trail that exposed Rhea C making payment for drug procurement with her own credit cards not once, not twice but 14 times. They also seized her old cell phone that she had not submitted to either CBI or ED. More incriminating evidences are expected to come out once they finish cloning the phone..

The same objects that provided enough "incriminating" evidences for Showik and Miranda's custodial interrogation. The same evidences that were damning enough for the court to deny "bail" to Showik and the same evidences enough to arrest Sawant and issue summon to the primary accused..

there is a video of her inside Ssr's room, after she arrived, she went into the room if sushant's room is at level 1, face is more clear in the video, but I cant find the video.

I saw some of you all talking about Smita. The only interview of hers that I have watched is the one that Sushant's sister Shweta tweeted out. I watched the whole thing. I think it was like a forty minute interview. Judging by just that interview, I found her genuine in the way she spoke about Sushant and his family. She seemed very fond of Sushant and pretty much stated that he became estranged from his family only after Rhea came into the picture. She said how Rhea basically alienated him from everyone he cared for and was close to before she met him. She spoke about his ex manager and how she was replaced as well. She spoke about the Europe trip and how it was only Rhea and her friends and brother who accompanied him. There was nobody on that trip from Sushant's circle.

She also spoke about the phone call some of you are referring to but I'm forgetting now what she exactly said. At one point she did talk about how Rhea was only calling her to get information out of her and infact stated that she tried calling some other people as well but they didn't even pick up her call.

I really hope you are correct and she is genuine. I am happy she has spoken to the CBI. Let's see if her testimony leads anywhere, hopefully to some evidence against Rhea.
