ITA awards TODAY!!!!!!

Hey I was just reading an article in this site

and i came across the fact that the ITA are being held today. They are doing it today and showing it on Saturday. I thought they were gonna show it live but I think i was wrong after reading this. Can anyone update me about this. If this is so I just hope Neha and Iqbal win the awards and also both of they perform. please tell whether it is being held today and will be aired on 12th November on Saturday or will it be shownlive on saturday.
