Bill Gates is also a very down to earth billionaire, but you can't use that as an argument against questionable business practices of Microsoft. Plenty of these "stars" misbehaving in public has been captured by the paparazzis anyway. So they're certainly not above anyone else cuz they're also humans and susceptible to get irritated like everyone else.

I do not care what stars are doing outside my work place. I like those people who do not create any problems for hotel staff or guests while inside the premises. Hoteliers deal regularly with police, immigration, embassies, government and VIPs. Most of us love well behaved guests so much, that we give free upgrades, meals and spa therapy. Just treat us with politeness, we will make your stay a dream.

Is this why you like Alia and defend her everywhere? 😆 No, that can't be!!

These people can afford the most premium services hotels have to offer, why would they need to create a fuss if people are already willing to kowtow to them and treat them like they're God's gift to mankind. The drama in customer service usually comes from middle class families or those who are on a budget but still want the best for themselves. So of course you would rather have Alia bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor booking a room for an afternoon siesta in the most posh suite available. 😆

I don’t think Kangeroo is getting paid

I also wouldn’t waste a minute on her motives. It’ll never make sense. She just wants to see everything burn 😆🔥

I have heard so many things like give us free alcohol ( it is chargeable for everyone including celebs) or getting pissed for getting limited cocktails. Do not start on families refusing to checkout without paying overstay without informing us earlier. Or asking for room when hotel is sold out. I have heard so many times that my relative is such a big man. This goes on for days and months. Such dramatic guests are banned by the group. There photos and details are shared by the hotels so that no one gives them any room next time. Some middle class are very well behaved.

If middle class means creating scene then please keep it at your home.

Sometimes a really well behaved customer ( middle class) comes who gets free upgrades from everyone like getting a better room, extra spa service, free pickups and even laundry services.

Stars are generally in all paid rooms so they do not care for creating scene. Some do create fuss but thats general manager's headache.

Those are some horror stories, I feel for ya. Customer service was never my forte. 😆 Thanks but no thanks to acting super perky with a "I live to make my customers happy" grin no matter what kind of a day I am having. I wasn't trying to stereotype or anything, I'm sure there are plenty of well-behaved people from average income households too.

Some people are undoubtedly over-entitled, and so convenience driven that they can't handle even slight discomforts without throwing a tantrum. Good luck with them.

Customers at my hotel were much well behaved than the staff I worked with. My collegues were nightmare and acted like Kangana all the time.

That must have been rough... wonder why they were so bitchy. It must be super competitive.

Speaking of Kangna, she reminds me of brave women I know who stand tall no matter how many people put their heads together to drag them down.😛 Reminds me of that Maya Angelou poem "Still I Rise" .... do give it a read in your spare time, it's quite empowering and tells the story of a woman who rises above all the societal prejudices and injustices. 😆

Kangana reminds me of any rude and arrogant emperor who refused to listen to anyone. Finally gets removed and murdered by its own people.

There is famous saying in hindi

vinamr vyakti hee phaladaar ped kee tarah jhukata hai
Only a humble person bends like a fruitful tree

Kangana is way too arrogant and is hated by most people in bollywood. This is the reason her films flop.
