They used her social media posts, spending habits, and conversations to start the process. She would have to stay in the hospital for an observation period and then, if the doctors felt she was still a threat to herself, they could keep her there for longer.

Thats good, but what if those aren't available? Its just verbal actions.

@ Bold 2 - There were more than 100 eye witness in Jessica Laal's case, yet no one saw her killers. Figure !. 😊

His sister had a FB post giving tribute to her mother, she took it down but its online.

Is the decision of justice based on sensationalism or uncovering the real truth? Are we even not interested in knowing the last days and the sisters version because it is not sensational but led to the very death of SSR?

She heard a theory.. she talked about it.. Right or wrong, the investigations will tell

But there has been no decision of justice.. we are of course interested but officially CBI or ED haven't stated anything about Rhea or the sisters.. all the info has come from the sources.. And sources aren't reliable.. maybe the sources thought that sister's version would get them clicks or TRP

That post (dunno if photoshopped or not) still only mentioned depression, not bipolar.

The men or boys there got shocked and called the sister, she told them to take him down, the bro in law also said the same thing. Every man in that room corroborated the same thing to the cops.

Exactly. I don't understand why people keep pointing out that his "sister" not seeing him hanging is some kind of red flag...If you see someone hanging its your natural reaction to try to get them down and check if you can somehow revive them. You don't just let them hang till other people get there.

That's my problem with the media reporting on this case. Everything is being presented like its a sensational cover up or some sign of foul play when many of these things can have simple logical explanations. Some news comes out and immediately people jump to find the most twisted explanation for it. Rhea said "Sorry Babu" to his body so ofcourse she was was saying "Sorry for killing him", she kept her hand on his chest so ofcourse she was checking to confirm if he really died as if there can be no other explanation for these actions and no one else would do something like this if they see the dead body of their close one 🤪

Am guessing when the mother passed, mental illness information was not as advanced or as available as it is today. Bipolar was just a form of depression, it has recently been given the name to differentiate and disassociate it with normal cases of depression. Clinically its known as manic depression.

So you are trying to say his sister left him in such a serious condition?
