You lost all objectivity of your post by writing that, " we are overlooking the fact that Sushant was a 34-year-old adult and he cannot be coerced or forced by anyone. He was not a child."

Nothing is proven in the case.. everyday new story without any proofs. I am not supporting Reha.. but people should not harass her family and wait for CBI investigation to complete.

Well, I don't know what you mean by that but my point is he was an adult in full consciousness of his rational faculties, he was working and earning, he was in charge of his own finances and he didn't seem like an individual vulnerable to abuse. In case you disagree, please PROVE he was in fact vulnerable to abuse and that is a serious charge to make about anyone without being proven.

This!!

You don’t know how abuse works at all. SSR was abused or not is besides the point But to say that a 34 yr old adult cannot be coerced or forced is totally ignorant. I didn’t know only children can be coerced or forced.

So if a 34 yr old female was being forced or coerced into doing something would you be saying the same thing? (Please don’t answer) 🙄

"Let Hundred Guilty Be Acquitted But One Innocent Should Not Be Convicted"

3 National Agencies are investigating this case, Not a single agency is doing press conference yet I see information from ED sources, CBI sources everyday

I don't know if Rhea is guilty or innocent but she deserves a fair trial

If she will not be hounded by the public and media, justice will not be served. CBI will close the case just like Jiah Khan's. Public outrage can keep CBI on the right track, means trying best to bring about the truth.

Rapists/ acid attackers in India too should be hounded like this by media. Very important.

Still I feel pity the way Rhea's dad was chased by Media.

Again lost credibility here. Everyone is indeed vulnerable to abuse so I don’t know what you talking about.

It’s one thing to support someone and it’s another to say you don’t support them but do everything and say stuff like this in support for them.

Rhea hasn’t been found guilty but she’s a suspect and people will have opinions even after, if she’s founf innocent. But the things I read on this forum in support of Rhea from people who say they’re not supporting her is just another level. Apparently only her deserves the benefit of the doubt. Only her can be hurt by what others say or think. For example you won’t think his family can be hurt by the things thrown around and people pointing fingers at them or the people that are trying to help them with this case to defend Rhea. They’re immune to getting hurt and they don’t deserve benefit of the doubt. Dare I add all this because she happens to be a woman.

I don’t think anyone is objecting to that, why are people behaving like people are denying her fair trail??

Media Trial can lead to Miscarriage of Justice

Media trial is not a fair trial, Everyday ED sources or CBI sources are disclosing something which is regarded as fact even though they haven't done a single press coverage

If she is guilty court can punish her, but if she isn't then we have failed an innocent

i never said only she deserves benefit of doubt. But to blame another individual for somebody's suicide( because till now it hasn't been proven to be a murder) especially somebody who died without leaving a suicide note, and make all sorts of allegations which haven't been proven do reek of misogyny. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and the same should apply to Rhea. But in her case, people are spinning the narrative out of control and all of Sushant's bad decisions are being blamed on Rhea. She forced him to do drugs, she forced him to allocate his finances to her sounds rubbish to me. And this new angle of abuse seems far-fetched to me.
