I don't know what to think about Smita, but I also don't know when Rhea actually said this to her. It could have been before Smita started going on television.

When money laundering questions came in she says,

the only transaction between Sushant's and her account was 35K which she had transferred to his account. He had spent it on her make up and hair and she didn't feel right so she transferred the money immediately without his knowledge.
