I saw today's episode and while I do think this Anvi is a bit off, I am still not sure if she is the main villain of the track. She might just be collateral damage.

But from the way, Kalyani said don't break your new wife's and kid's heart and Kalyani's friendship with Anvi, I REALLY feel like this will go down the route where her guilt for misunderstanding Malhar with the shooting WILL cause her to stay away from Malhar and be mahaan and unite Anvi and Malhar (without knowing the truth of her pregnancy or marriage).

Poor Kalyani is so much confused and angry, thinking he shot her and now shocked to see another woman as his wife.

Kalyani has indeed changed, normally she wouldn't have accepted this or doubted his character, but now she thinks otherwise.

She has forgotten that she was the one who believed in his character during the Sneha case. She was so proud that he had saved her cousin from facing shame.
