It means most people in India have done some sort of crime like jumping traffic light, paying bribe for anything, not paying taxes on some goods and services, hiding income etc.

We cannot arrest everyone as we have limited space in jails. Our judiciary is already over burdened.

i am laughing because it’s not a big deal for me at all. I have never touched any drugs because I am simply not interested. I don’t even smoke but it would be delusional to say we should put everyone in prison for their own small use of drugs unless they forced others people to take it. Realistically it is not possible and it will never be.

plus you can only put someone in prison if you catch them in possession of drugs depending on the quantity.

Bollywood is not saint, just like Hollywood and others industries. We can play saints here but that’s it.
