There was a time I used to admire the likes of Barkha and Rajdeep because I saw them as voices which were somewhat liberal. As you grow and as your perspective on things widens, your thoughts evole and you realize there isn't much of a difference between these people and the likes of Arnab. The latter is as bigoted as they come while the likes of Barkha and Rajdeep hide their prejudices behind sophisticated words.

If these people gave a damn about mental health as an issue then like you said they would have delved into what you stated. Hell if most in the industry who are now claiming to give a damn about the issue actually gave a damn they wouldn't be out there giving interviews to the likes of Masand. Masand was responsible or let me put it this way is one of the people responsible for a lot of the shit that was written out there about Sushant.

What the industry or the likes of Barkha and Rajdeep are doing is called lip service. Nobody in this industry has the balls to call out a Mahesh Bhatt. Shaheen like you stated suffers from depression and anxiety. Imagine someone out there telling her partner when she is at her lowest to basically dump her. Insensitive doesn't even cut it. These people lack basic empathy.

And this is not to say that I believe Bhatt's advise is the reason Rhea left Sushant. The girl had by then exploited him as much as she could and I don't use these terms lightly. I'm not even sure if Bhatt knew that Sushant had been estranged from his own family and friends as soon as this girl entered the picture. I'm not sure if he knew she had changed his staff. I'm not sure if he knew that she and her family were mooching off Sushant. Bhatt being who he is probably thinks he is some relationship and mental health expert so gave the advise he did. Not once thinking of Sushant or his family of course. Because why would he! It ain't like he gave a damn about Sushant.

As revealed from Smita Parekh and Rhea's call according to Rhea - Sushant committed Suicide bz of blind items following people as they wrote blinds against him. Rajeev Masand was named , so was Rohini Iyer (She was mentally harassing Sushant by planting blinds against him and Sushant was scared of her)
