Sushant Singh Rajput Death: CBI struggle with forensic evidence; 80% of the viscera samples already used in the original Probe!

A forensic expert has revealed that 80% of the viscera samples in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation have already been used in the original probe. And added that it would be sufficient for CBI’s specific reanalysis...

A lot has conspired about Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. While the CBI has already taken over the investigation, the agency officers are looking out for each and every possibility and minute details in the case. Now, the recent developments suggest that CBI has to struggle with the forensic evidence as 80% of the viscera samples have already been used in the original probe.

Previously, the investigation led by Mumbai Police and the late actor’s postmortem reports stated that Sushant died of asphyxia due to hanging. He was found found dead hanging from the ceiling fan at his home in Bandra, Mumbai, with the cause ruled as suicide.

A Mid Day report suggested that forensic experts have preserved the remaining samples. “Nearly 80 percent of the organ samples have been used for analysis. The blood was analysed for DNA, which is preserved. Nothing suspicious was found. The remaining samples have been sealed and preserved at FSL, Kalina. They can be used for a second analysis in case of disputes,” said a forensic expert.

The report also stated that the samples that have been collected would be sufficient for CBI’s specific reanalysis, it might be a concern during repeat tests

Furthermore, a source added that anything incriminating from the crime scene and that there is no scope for analyzing the crime scene further as it wasn’t preserved by the local police.

“The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) scientist from Kalina who had visited the crime scene for analysis, found a cigarette butt and medicine strip, which were also analyzed as non-biological samples along with a glass, but nothing incriminating was found. There is no scope for further crime scene analysis as it has not been preserved by local police, so subsequent missing of vital clues cannot be ruled out. With Sushant's body cremated, the CBI will have to rely on the post-mortem notes and the video footage of the autopsy. This may not be sufficient to ascertain direct foul play as no nail clippings, or finger swab were preserved,” the source added.

The investigation has been a turbulent ride for Mumbai Police followed by Bihar Police as well. And It seems extracting forensic evidence might be a big challenge for the CBI team.

Meanwhile, a Pinkvilla report stated that agency officers have tried recreating the entire incident of June 14 at the late actor’s residence as a part of the investigation and has also been grilling the Kai Po Che actor’s friend Sidharth Pithani and cook Neeraj.

Everything about this case sounds so baffling. This spiritual resort stay just sends chills to my spine.

Sushant was somebody who was so confident about what he did...leaving telly when Pavitra Rishta was at peak ,coming back to square one and starting from scratch requires a lot of guts.Yes,he was introverted from the very beginning, but the guy was so freaking sure about what he wanted.

It looks like mind games had been played with him and he fell for it.People around you are so important.I wish someone gave him a hug and told that you are more than enough.

Sushant's greatest asset was his mind, and to bring him down, they knew first they need to attack and control that. They started by doing extreme isolation with no human contact, that can make anyone crazy because then you will start talking to walls and on top of that drugged him.

We have spoken about many powerful people here in the forum. How much we could have spoken in front of media? Unlike us unanimous people, they have a face. We don't know, whether with that name and visibility, they feel invincible or suffocated. Do they feel themself stronger or weaker than us, just orginary faceless people?

Rather than giving a hypocritical statement, I prefer them to continue their silence. If one is bold enough, acknowledge your helplessness honestly and openly. To me, admitting one's limitation is a great act of courage.

(This reply is for the post which was posted in earlier threads. It was when Akshay Kumar welcomed CBI. I found my incomplete reply in the draft folder. Posting it now, in the current thread).

family and children are only for stars in this country. Thanks for making it clear. 🙏

So Sidharth Pithani and co waited for so long to break open the door . Sushant as per them wasn't responding to them since 10:30 am and they waited till 1 am to call the locksmith. Now one more add on. He din't call the locksmith directly to the house . He first sent picture of the lock to the locksmith. The locksmith said he can't figure it out like that and then the locksmith came . I mean a person doesn't open the door for so long and even after two and a half hours you are first busy sending the locksmith pictures instead of asking him directly to rush in immediately and break open the door. What explaination will Pithani and co give to the court for this delay ?? Makes no logical sense.
