Sherlyn said those dialogues to Preeta after Rishabh and Sherlyn's wedding and after Karan dragged and shoved her out of the Luthra House. You know after he called her a greedy middle class girl. Preeta went to her house and Sherlyn followed suit. Sherlyn tried to bribe the Arora's and then Preeta out of absolutely nowhere challenges Sherlyn that Rishabh will never consumate his marriage with her. Sherlyn did not bring up the topic Preeta did.

It was part of the important episodes that I recommended, after watching and rewatching the show for as long as I have 🤪. It is easy to identify the difference of scenes espeically fan service from actual plot opening scenes. 😆
