It's part of the discussion as in how Nirbhaya's rapists leveraged the loopholes of the constitution or legalities of a democratic country to delay their execution as much as they could. Democracy comes into picture everytime a criminal needs to exercise his/her rights to save their asses. 👍🏼

That doesn't make much sense. If she was in the house, then wouldn't she have seen SSR hanging? Or at least witnessed Pithani bringing him down? 🤔

Possible explanations for this inconsistency:

(1) the keymaker didn't leave the house right away, so he was there when the sister arrived;

(2) Pithani was REALLY fast taking SSR down, like he took him down before SSR's sister could get to the bedroom;

(3) the keymaker is mistaken or confused;

(4) the woman the keymaker saw was not SSR's sister

I saw another interview of keymaker, he was saying sister was not present when he went their for first time to make key/open door. He went second time when police called him, during that time he saw the sister.

Infact I said you have all the rights to stand by anyone you want to and ask/wait for whatever proofs you wish to see.
