Kangana utters pure filth 90% of the time, but to say the debate is pointless is a very lazy approach. Shah has been complaining about the film industry since ages, on similar lines btw. But now apparently there were no hurdles for him? I call this BS. And again the same crap about other professionals having kids following their footsteps - you clear a medical entrance exam, an MBSS final exam, a PG entrance exam and a PG final exam before you actually become a doctor. And even then, your practice depends on your calibre. Your parents can give you a setup but you struggle as much as any new doctor to prove yourself. You dont have the luxury of your parents getting other doctors' patients away from them to yours. That manipulation is the grouse that the outside insider debate is based on.

Gosh, what is this, again and again, doctor ke beta doctor and builder ke bets builder, that is nonsense and that is not the issue.

The issue is when you snatch the opportunities coming to another person and give it to your son, that is the issue. when someone else deserves a seat and you pay crores and buy that seat for your son/daughter, that is an issue.

People request for favours all the times from friends and family specially for job references and internal opening. Many people lose opportunities due to lack of contacts in corporate world.

Contact building and references are same thing in bollywood.
