So we ended up reading so much more about how the failure of Kalank affected Varun, but so little about what the super success of a Chhichore did to Sushant.

Interest of audience is important as well.

Do you see anyone caring about Vidyut's new movie? I didn't even click on it, don't even know the name But I watched the pathetic Sadak 2 trailer because it was everywhere, when media is clearly against bollywood people at the moment, who is controlling people?

Bollywood biggies can't sell anyone or you'd be hearing that Abhishek Bachchan is an amazing actor, the best like we hear for Ranbir if biggies could control everything

I agree it's not all-pervasive.

Gunjan Saxena got a huge response on Netflix. Don't forget Karan Johar owns Dharma, who is supposed to be the flag-bearer of nepotism.

The narrative has been hijacked by the right wing, they are trying to give it a religious colour. Most people can see right through that bullshit.

Well, exactly my point. 'Because it was everywhere' you watched it. It was like talked about, even amidst negativity.

As for myself, I watched Khuda Haafiz trailer, didn't like it bcoz of the content and liked Gunjan Saxena's trailer that's why I watched it.

The point is, to make an informed decision audience needs to be aware. And that awareness is controlled by the media, publicity, PR. I am aware of this nexus, hence try to watch every trailer before making a decision.

THIS is the problem. THIS is what needs to be critiqued.

Exactly I agree with you! I don’t have any problem with nepotism as long as they’re good and talented. at the same time talented outsiders are getting a chance to prove themselves. But when they force people on us that’s annoying😡

Even abhishek bacchan😵 two useless products still hogging the limelight 🤔

Also, this movement of justice for Sushant has been hijacked by the right-wing and vested interests. I have therefore lost all interest in it.

The mass character of the movement was there earlier, when people were talking about the right reasons. Now it has simply become a bashing-ground, a place to spew hatred and venom like Kangana, or a forum to practice hate against Muslims or Khans in particular.

Yes, getting chance after chance despite rejection. Abhishek still better than Arjun Kapoor, though.

Abhishek's main priority is not acting anymore. He is more into his kabaddi team.
