Why did Pithani not mention this. I remember him saying, Sushant had his association with DIsha only for a week and they did not talk that much. And Sushant was worried why his name was being linked with her death. He presented this in a different way altogether.

what just stuck me, is the fact that when Disha died, articles claimed that she committed suicide but police were quick to refute the suicide theory and said that she accidentally fell off the railing while drunk......that time i applauded their quick reply, cause otherwise its wrong information spread out by media....

but now that I think of it, they definitely knew that both manager and Sushant committing suicide news, will definitely raise eyebrows, hence they said Disha fell of accidentally and Sushant committed suicide.......

this proves it more that everything was planned........that's why Rhea left at the same time, so that she doesn't come under the radar........ the video of Disha singing and dancing can be cause even she didn't knew (just like most murder victims) that she will be killed in sometime...

I am not saying AU was present at Disha's party and he killed her......but the killer, whoever it is, can plant someone to do the deed for money.....

I think he gave a fully prepared interview to Times Now on 5-6th aug. He came up fully prepared with his theories and also he had his mask on. 😕

but this news was out, within the first few days, right ?? Remember when people were slamming bollywood that they banned him leading to his suicide, that time I read some saying that he was about to sign a project worth 8 crores and that Disha was working out that project for him....

But so far ED's direction of investigation is bordering on money-laundering. They have already found evidences of "layering".

However, ED's probe is still not moving towards obvious offences like abatement to suicide, or culpability of murder. Besides "suspects" are allowed to leave Mumbai one after another.

Sighting of "mysterious lady" with gloves (Rhea according to Goswami and Rhea's brother's girlfriend as per others), she getting the black bag and then leaving the scene right under Mumbai's police's nose has opened a whole new can of worms. If she is someone else other than Rhea, she might have already absconded by now, who knows.

As the proceeding is getting delayed despite so many loopholes/ unearthing of newer evidences, SC is taking all the time of the world to pass a simple verdict. The fact that Mumbai police failed to follow the simple protocols like lodging the FIR, cordoning-off the crime scene , not letting unconcerned people to enter and flee from the crime scene, etc. should are enough proofs of Maha Police's dereliction from the get-go. Those reasons should have been glaring red-flags to hand the case over to the CBI.

They tried enough to subvert justice but could not due to tsunami of national and international support. Hence the next obvious strategy is delaying the justice. SC's slothful approach despite public/national/international protest, intentional solidarity and unprecedented pressure from media and civic group makes one wonder if the paramount institution of Indian Judiciary as well has become the complicit in the whole macabre blood-sanguine/succumbed to the pressure of Sonia Sena.

I checked the Full video but I didn’t see any kind of conversations or transactions between them. But as per the one picture frame it looks like they are talking to each other. It’s possible after that video may be they gathered again to give the bag which I might have not seen.
