It is.

But so far ED's direction of investigation is bordering on money-laundering. They have already found evidences of "layering".

However, ED's probe is still not moving towards obvious offences like abatement to suicide, or culpability of murder. Besides "suspects" are allowed to leave Mumbai one after another.

Sighting of "mysterious lady" with gloves (Rhea according to Goswami and Rhea's brother's girlfriend as per others), she getting the black bag and then leaving the scene right under Mumbai's police's nose has opened a whole new can of worms. If she is someone else other than Rhea, she might have already absconded by now, who knows.

As the proceeding is getting delayed despite so many loopholes/ unearthing of newer evidences, SC is taking all the time of the world to pass a simple verdict. The fact that Mumbai police failed to follow the simple protocols like lodging the FIR, cordoning-off the crime scene , not letting unconcerned people to enter and flee from the crime scene, etc. are enough proofs of Maha Police's dereliction from the get-go. Those reasons should have been glaring red-flags to hand the case over to the CBI.

They tried enough to subvert justice but could not due to tsunami of national and international support. Hence the next obvious strategy is delaying the justice. SC's slothful approach despite public/national/international protest, intentional solidarity and unprecedented pressure from media and civic group makes one wonder if the paramount institution of Indian Judiciary as well has become the complicit in the whole macabre blood-sanguine/succumbed to the pressure of Sonia Sena.

I’m also confused abt SC. Why the hell r they taking SO much time to declare the verdict when everything is crystal clear. There is no question of involving MP who have done nothing except for covering up this case. I really hope SC is not striking any deals with the gov. It will be a complete mockery of the judiciary system.

Amir met the First Lady of Turkey. Swamy is a right winger, he is calling out the opportunistic nature of Amir. He is a politician. Apart from Sushant, he does usual politics too. It is for Sushant's fans to filter out his opinions.

People who name calls the Online Protest as mere Trollers it's on their face now. Trolling and protesting are two different things..

Clearing out some of the misunderstandings about my masi:

1. If you study up on psychology (I’m minoring in psychology at university) you’d know of a thing called “emotional numbing” by shock. You can stop feeling emotions temporarily after trauma. She compulsively refused to believe it had happened. She was the first one to hear the news from our family, she was the main shock absorber.

2.She was asked to keep it together for a little while by the lawyer, and watch how the investigation is carried out after she had fainted when she arrived. My mamu (SSR) had a lot of valuables in the apartment. She was asked to be alert.

3. She was the one taught my mamu how to ride a motorbike and play cricket when he was young. My Meetu masi has nerves of steel. She is the strongest of the all the siblings. At the time, we didn’t know what was going on, we trusted the authorities to know what to do, just like any person in a democracy would. She was checking up on her daughter on the phone, because my little cousin wouldn’t stop crying, she was trying to sound strong for her sake, for all of our sake. She’s the kind of person who’d always worry about other people and completely neglect her own feelings. The reason she was adjusting her hair was because it was falling on her eyes, and the flashes of cameras were bothering her. We aren’t used to media attention.

4.The family does not know who Sandip Singh is. Meetu masi fainted after she saw the body, so somebody had to make sure she could walk okay and he just happened to be there. I repeat, she doesn’t know Sandip Singh.

Any unfair fingers pointed to my masi is an unfair finger pointed to my grandparents’ upbringing. The siblings had a profound bond. They loved each other and I have witnessed it growing up. All my mamu’s older sisters pampered him after nani ma left us, and my Meetu masi has been the strongest.

Stop this campaign against the family, please. We’re fighting for with all emotional strength we have left.

I am ashamed she had to come out and stop the character assassination of the woman who loved Sushant a lot. She had to explain why she was using her phone, why was she with Sandip and also why was she pushing her hair back. They questioner her grief for loosing her baby brother. A brother they all brought up together. I hope people read this and understand.
