Maybe it's Sherlyn who is unwell? She may feel bad due to stress of Karan-Preeta's shaadi and her pregnancy.

Rishabh says that he is ready to raise a question of divorcing her. And then he said Sherlyn that he didn't touch her even once. There should be some result of it.

So maybe they will get to know about Sherlyn's pregnancy?
