Well as for property, real estate is mostly a rich business. And it's risky as well, that's why only rich thrives on it. I'm expecting an increase in rent tho, given state of affairs.
As much as I love Amazon and its service, it's really true. I cannot digest their practices. Given that Bezos is so rich, i mean he deserves it for sure, Amazon and company is a revolutionary business model, but still, they can provide better pay and work conditions.

So true. My heart breaks for them. Such a large chunk of India’s population rely on their daily wages for their rozi roti. The amount of street vendors in India that rely on customers, would’ve had not a single sale for months. This pandemic has surely hit them the hardest. :(
Governments are actually making it less lucrative for people to own investment properties now. The tax liabilities are a joke.
I’m even more so dubious of Amazon given the amount of market share they have. As good as practicing in a monopoly. Hasan occasionally comes out with some great content. Trevor comes across as more experienced though.
