Rrahul Sudhir in Gehraiyaan

A year ago, I had seen a mediocre horror web-series named Gehraiyaan. It starred Vatsal Seth, Sanjeeda Sheikha, etc.

In that show, there was a character of a psychic - a small role - played by a handsome, bearded man. I had no idea who the actor was, but when I saw that episode a year ago, I had even commented on Youtube that the actor who plays psychic Mr. Mukherjee is more handsome and better-looking than the hero of the show. 😆

Today, I suddenly stumbled upon an interview of Rrahul Sudhir and he mentioned Gehraiyaan. I was like...wait what? And went back and checked. That psychic actor suddenly rang a bell. And guess what, I was right! Even in a 2 minute role, he stole the show from the hero.

Such good actors have to struggle lots to land such roles. I hope Vansh will be turning point for him in his career and he gets more projects. He already stole the show in immj2 from experienced co stars

Yes, he has a brilliant screen presence.

There is scope for improvement, though. At times, I feel he hams his dialogues where he has to show too muchanger...

"Mujhe dddhoka dene ki jjjjjurrrrraaat bhi mat karna"...

Thoda over karleta hain kabhi kabhi. But that's not just him. Even Nakul Mehta (who is a brilliant actor otherwise) made similar OTT dialogue delivery in IB. Maybe that's how the director wants them to be. A little over the top.

But Rrahul is at his BEST in scenes where he is either sarcastic or soft or romantic or flirtatious.

Even his silent anger is superb. I dont know how many times I have played their "Bina remote control wali drone ki tarha" scene in the last one day.

His acting and voice modulation in the scene is just outstanding. ☺️

Now u brought that actor, he is definition of ott. Nevee found him good. But vansh doesn't go ott most of the times.

His voice modulation is fine and he is blessed with good voice. Although sometimes he need to work more on expressions. But i guess Vansh's character demands him to be less expressive.

Ohhh I too saw that series for sanjeeda and noticed him to be too hot and appealing☺️

If possible, you can watch Twisted 2. Rrahul is at his BEST in that web-show, particularly the second season. Not even 1% hamming, he is just flawless there.

These days, one cannot imagine webshows without gaalis and such scenes.
