When alia started with soty, kjo let her come on kwk twice in the same season. He mentioned her in every episode comparing Her to a way more talented actress at the time (parineeti) with alia who only had soty to her credit. He immediately put her on a pedestal. Let’s not go to the other kwk seasons where every episode has some mention of her as the best actress out there

in 2014, when alia showed the slightest bit of talent, she was already hailed as some Meryl Streep. After a flop, she earned huge success with films like dear zindagi which were lobbied for her. Cause after a performance like shaandaar, who in the right mind would cast her unless someone was “pushed” to take her. She never struggled like most actresses would struggle after a flop. A big sign that her privelege wins and career graph is clearly curated and undeserved.

She doesn’t have a nice personality either imo. She is not humble, she’s frankly stuck up And insecure imo. like someone said, she’s in a bubble that needs to be popped. Hard to relate to her.

I’ll take Jhanvi anyday. She is humble and acknowledges her privelege. If someone is better than her, she has no qualms of admitting that. Also there is no Karan johar for her who is broadcasting her every second of the day, someone who can silent her flaws to make her seem as if she is some great thing like he has done with alia. There’s an authenticity to her which alia can’t ever touch. And no acting cute and putting out cute childhood pics doesn’t make up for it when you are an adult woman who can’t take charge of your actions.

So what’s the difference between an alia and Jhanvi?. One is just a star kid who benefits from her privelege and opportunity, Who recognizes and acknowledges it.
the other is a star kid who not only benefits but takes “advantage“ of the system in the name of being a powerful director’s “daughter.” And just because of this title, power is misused for the sake of selfish reason and advancement. That’s the effing problem

im not saying it should, but if that happens then people should stop questioning or blaming others for it. Probably she just ran out of luck.

It doesn't matter whether she's been giving hits or flops cuz her popularity is rigged and bought by her bollywood familia.

So it makes full sense that the most "popular" one gets the most amount of flak when the tables are turned. How does it even make sense for you to move down the hierarchy and pull up AB to roast no matter how much of a loser you think he is? 😆

The popular successful one justifies what she was given tho. Less successful ones don’t. Their literally the ones wasting films that some people would beg to do. But alas 😆

That's the problem. The end doesn't justify the means she used. Her movies--which were mostly content-driven--worked but that positive outcome simply doesn't justify the means she used cuz they were dishonest and harmful to others.

As for what is said about her movies. Even this place a lot bad was said about them just as much as good was.


An as for stealing katrinas. That woman had a history of being fired off films 😆 precedent.
