I think it has some explanation there. However, I think the CBI (hopefully) will take another look at this report if they get the case. From the articles, it sounds like they did preserve some tissues for testing.

People will blame Rhea for this but they weren’t even dating at this time, someone else recorded it. Seems like Sushant already had some mismanagement issues with his staff and family from before but they’re going to put everything on Rhea

Obviously someone from the Rhea camp would have realised it.

Rhea would most certainly have access to some of Sushant's cloud data, if not all. If not Rhea, Shruti would have some past data, she was his manager after all.

I am expecting to her PR to release more vile videos, trying to change the narrative.Family has to stay strong, this will get murky.

But this actually gives such clarity into the importance of the family's involvement in Sushant's life. To go from this to accusations of molestation and even temporary cut off and what not, is not a normal thing to happen .
