As parents get greedy, Darsheel gets ready to spend childhood on film sets.

Child stars have been the 'in' thing in Bollywood for years now. Come on, who doesn't like to have cute little money churners at home?

The Bitch too has borne their overdose of innocence with a grin or roles where they have made 'over smartness' look like an understatement!



And it seems it's the best time for child stars too, as earlier they never lasted for a long time and the moolah too was not all that great!

Parents have always made it a point to play a huge role in the lives of these stars. Darsheel Safary the child prodigy made (over)famous with Aamir Khan's 'Taare Zameen Par' fame is recently said to have quoted a whopping Rs. 75 lakh for an endorsement! The manufacturers had nothing much to say after that. Didn't know the little ones also got bigger for their boots!

In The Bitch's words, "Taare Zameen Par but Prices Aasmaan Par"!

The fee quoted had obviously more to do with his parents than Darsheel himself. There is also a speculation about Aamir Khan having something to do with it. Given a choice to Darsheel, I am sure he would have most likely gone for a year long supply of chocolates and candies and skipping school!

The Bitch tried to catch up with Darsheel's parents but unfortunately they weren't available for any comments. Guess they are too busy counting the moolah!

If greed in the case of Darsheel doesn't appear bad enough, others are not behind too.

The famous child actor/actress (The Bitch is in ambiguity ) Ehsaas Channa who featured in films like 'KANK', Vaastu Shastra' and the more recent 'My Friend Ganesha' , had her mother Kuldip Kaur making her play all the roles of a boy. Just because all those roles were good! Now, that is stooping a tad too low!

Hansika Motwani is another example of parents taking charge of their child's career. It is said that her mother created much more tantrums than Hansika herself. Even allegedly pushed her to take steroids and grow up faster!

Not exactly 'Parent of the Year' material, this lot!

Are parents of these child artistes forcing too much on the child because their child is the only way through whom they acquire lots of money or is this just a media speculation?

Hmm....you have a different perspective!

Maybe,this might be a really good way for the parents to earn money through the children,and they get fame too,because now they are known as parents of a star.
