My guess is SC will check what investigation has been done in these 50 days by Mumbai police and if it is as per norms and going in the right direction or it has been delayed or derailed as claimed by the Bihar parties. Otherwise what was the point in asking them to submit all papers pertaining to investigation. Based on this they may decide whom to give custody of investigation. That's my understanding, I may be wrong.

Subramanium Swamy (I am not a great fan of this fellow who thinks he is the only one who knows best on all topics under the sun) is sure of the case going to CBI and one must admit he is pretty sharp in legal matters.

Of course there is no doubt that full thing has now become politically motivated from both sides and will continue to be politically controlled even if CBI takes over. Only hope (somewhat) will be if it is a court monitored CBI probe.

Like All said this case is definitely going to be or already being a political drama.. it's more gonna be Thakarey vs oppositions.. because there are already reports of AU thakarey behind this murder/suicide

I do think this is very far stretched theory of this case but Aag toh lag chuki hai. Oppositions are already taking advantage of it and trying to hinting at Aditya. This is gonna be some low level ka politics. Day before yesterday there was debate on ABP maza regarding why BJP is involving or hinting at AUT's name.

Few days back AUT released a note on twitter on saying he is not involved in this case. That guy already getting alot of hate on SM.. the same people who were giving lecture about mental health are now trolling others. Just like how BJP's IT cells made Rahul Gandhi infamous as pappu now its AUT's turn..he is already being called as baby penguin on SM.

@ kamalsh and @ mishkil... Though I m no authority, yet what Abhishek Manu Singhvi argued before the SC was that the case can only be tfr either at the behest of the state ( ie I Beileve the CM of the state) or in the case of rarest of the rare case ...

In Arushi Talwar case , I suppose the case was tfr to CBI at the behest of Mayawati (CM) when UP Police botched up the investigation...

If in this tug of war , the centre manages to bull doze it's way through then they might find a third legal loophole .....
