Currently the fight is for jurisdiction.

Legally only the ED is investigating right now, and they have siezed phone/laptops of rhea and her family.

Shruti modi, ssr's former manager has stated rhea was in total control of Sushant's financial decisions.

Whatsapp chats between ssr's dad and rhea/shruti have been disclosed by the family where they are asking her to let them meet ssr/ asking about his heath, but no response from rhea.

I want to know who these powerful ppl r and why r they supporting this Z grade actress. She must have some dirt on them.

These ones i believe and only on the basis of this and especially after his father's fir i have concluded that Rhea is shady AF and the case as well

However problem is with thousands of other things that are coming every single day

Tbh his words does make sense but I hope CBI looks into the matter and we can get a proper answer.

The pictures can be used for investigation, but only the pictures alone can't conclude anything and they might need more proofs before drawing a conclusion, including enquiring the suspects and checking out their recent activities. Sadly many evidences have already been removed from Sushant's residence and Mumbai police have actively helped to get rid of them (they were seen holding black polythene bags and nobody knows where those stuffs inside the bags have gone now).

Still the investigators can grill Pithani and Rhea more since they have gotten stronger clues now.

When you read any news , look or ask for proof, other wise ignore, that's how you can be rational for this case.

Everything said should not be believed I agree .

But people actually discussing logically is good because this has helped in this case

I believed earlier that it's a suicide until his father blamed Rhea through FIR and I got to know other things through media/this forum

And now if it is proved a murder and the guilty are punished then people having the thoughts to murder someone and give it an angle of suicide will think twice before doing so.

And while doing so who are they harming? Rhea

I seriously don't feel pity for her after seeing all those WhatsApp msg where his father is begging her to let him talk to SSR.Also the fact that the family feared and they informed police but could not save him ,

No doubt a lot of speculations are there ,but what to believe and what not is in our hand.
