Pithani has been the first suspect on my mind since the beginning. Now after all these signs, I am fully convinced that he is the killer. He had moved into SSR's apartment only in April and just within two months this incident occurred. Someone involved with the mafia gang has got their work done through Sidharth Pithani. That's why both Pithani and Rhea are getting so much backups.

He went to Chandigarh and lived with his elder sister and even she was too busy to notice the obvious presence of schezophrenia in her brother? Whilst mother Mary called him 25 times (republic tv) in a three day visit?

Why would Sushant give a sos call to family if he himself didn't want them to know about his illness which included almost everything that could be known to layman- depression plus bipolar disorders plus schezophrenia which again has eerie coincidence with Parveen babbi!

Excellent point. If he was that out of control, wouldn't EVERYONE have noticed it? They weren't alone on that Europe trip, right? Are there any other witnesses to this extreme behavior? Also, what kind of "detox center" in Austria is just going to accept a stranger, undiagnosed? What is the name of this center and are there records of his stay? I would assume it was expensive, so there should be some financial transactions that could be traced.

ETA: Wouldn't there also be a bunch of panicked phone calls from her to some sort of doctor or center? Are those calls in her phone records? Wouldn't you let his family know?

Rhea is claiming how she took care of him Nov onwards when he so called fell very ill. I mean I saw her happy gymming , spotted at cafes , enjoying at parties , enjoying at Shruti Modi's bday party too. Her life remained the same as it was. And someone rightly pointed out that if Sushant wouldn't have wanted his family to know , why would he call them ? Why would he go to receive them at the airport ?? Also suddenly want to leave the industry?? Everything is so fishy. 😔

these details coming out day by day are getting worse, so apparently his ankles were broken, he was attacked by a stun gun and his left side of the face was paralysed and he was strangulated with his dog's belt? dear god.

Lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s family tells SC: ‘If he was murdered it needs to be investigated’

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father told the Supreme Court through his lawyer that if the actor was murdered then he it needs to be properly investigated.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father wants his son’s death to be investigated.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh told the Supreme Court on Tuesday’s hearing that he no longer has anyone to ‘light his funeral pyre’. Singh was represented by his lawyer Vikas Singh who recited his comment to the bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy.

“I am from Patna and without my son I have no one to light my funeral pyre,” Vikas Singh said, quoting KK Singh. “No one has seen my son hanging. When my daughter reached, Sushant was lying on the bed. This needs investigation,” Sushant’s father added.

On the question of filing an FIR against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty 38 days after the actor’s death, Vikas Singh said, “As soon as mourning is over, he (KK Singh) registered the FIR in Patna.”

Vikas Singh conveyed more doubt on the representation of Sushant’s death. “Father and sister of Sushant Singh Rajput were alienated. Father repeatedly wanted to talk to Sushant but Rhea did not reply. She had already distanced the sister. Look at the mark on his neck its a belt mark not a rope! If he was murdered it needs to be investigated,” he told the bench.

Rhea had filed a petition with the Supreme Court, seeking the transfer of the FIR against her in Patna to Mumbai. Her lawyer Shyam Divan said there appears to be considerable amount of state interference and influence and therefore an apprehension of bias. Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for Maharashtra government, told the bench that he is opposing the jurisdiction of Bihar in investigating the case.

The Supreme Court has reserved the verdict on Rhea Chakraborty vs Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The next hearing of Rhea’s plea will be on Thursday, August 13.

Rajput, 34, was found dead at his apartment in suburban Bandra in Mumbai on June 14 and since then Mumbai Police has been probing the case keeping in mind various angles.

EXACTLY. I followed her even at that time on insta (in my defence, I liked Jalebi 🤔), and she was posting pictures almost on a daily basis. No offence, but she didn't really seem 'depressed'?

Do you people think that article by Mahesh bhatt associate about sushant depression was one of Rhea's tactics to convey sushant was depressed??

I find that article horrible it sounded like singing praises for Rhea.
