I am just worried , even if cbi gets the case, will they find out the evidence?

The initial days were very important like Aarushi's case, where they lost important evidence . I hope evidence is still there.

If his condition was all that bad why was she and her entire family living off him? Why was she and her bro starting companies with this 'mentally ill' person?

1. Why didn't she inform his family if he had been so sick? Why BLOCK his dad and keep him away from his fanily when they clearly could have helped her with some moral support?

Correct. She is following his story. I hope Praveen Babi gets justice at least now and mahesh Bhatt is found guilty in sushanth conspiracy.

Yes, they are legal. The ones you can buy on Amazon in the US are not as powerful as the ones the Police use though.
