An update has arrived now, where reports suggest that KK Singh has stated to the CBI that his son has been murdered and that he wants the CBI to investigate the case as a murder and not as abatement of suicide.

An update has arrived now, where reports suggest that KK Singh has stated to the CBI that his son has been murdered and that he wants the CBI to investigate the case as a murder and not as abatement of suicide.Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who is now investigating the case. The CBI filed an FIR against 6 people including Rhea Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi, and others as accused. They have been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including abetment of suicide, criminal conspiracy, wrongful restraint/confinement, theft, criminal breach of trust, cheating, and other offenses.

Only a couple of hours ago, we reported about how heavy security has been deployed outside the house where Rajput's father KK Singh is residing while the statement will be recorded.

An update has arrived now, where reports suggest that KK Singh has stated to the CBI that his son has been murdered and that he wants the CBI to investigate the case as a murder and not as abatement of suicide. This indeed comes across as quite a surprise where his father, in his FIR at Bihar claimed that it was the abatement of suicide earlier. But now, owing to the circumstances and his suspicion that the evidence is being tampered with, he wants his son’s case to be investigated as a murder case. The fate of the case will be known only tomorrow and whether and how does CBI investigates will also be known then.
