Politicians are allowed to be admitted in hospitals for the mildest of symptoms while common man are asked to quarantine at home until their symptoms get worse and then end up dead in the ambulance because they couldn't find a hospital bed on time. Don’t know how it was in India but in the early days when testing was not widely available and highly restricted for only advanced cases, actors in America, even small time largely unknown TV actors and non actor celebrities were able to get tested at the onset of symptoms and get treated and cured

Many celebrities escaped to the Hampton’s, Caribbean beach resorts or to their beach houses while common people were struck in tiny apartments

That’s why it’s very annoying when they say “We are all in this together”

Why wasn’t interstate travel not banned?

China at the onset, banned flights within their country but freely allowed flights from China to other countries... Did not ban international travel but banned instate travel 😛
