As per update, every one blamed Ani for Bondita's condition and said he wanted to have Bondita only for his sake. But, Anirudh knws this is not truth and he is feeling guilty because he stopped her to eat and drink. So, he is in guilt ,he is sad for Bondita and worried too. So, in vulnerable situation he is not able to express himself and for Bondita's sake he made decision to leave her.
