1While it was a decent grosser in box office (132 crores on budget of 63 crores) it's success in YouTube and television is amazing.
In YouTube it has over 88 million views in just under 2 years. And note it isn't uploaded in a popular channel like most of the movies do. So it wasn't heavily promoted.
In television, it premiered at 24 million impressions, and continued to be one of the most watched movies in television.
So what are the reasons for the success of a frankly bad movie.

I have always had this doubt how these films do so well theatrically and on TV. When I went to watch HF4 i was losing my shit but everyone around me was enjoying thoroughly. May be we don't belong to that audience but children and TV audience largely enjoy funny , less intellectual ,less preachy and earthy stories.
People watch comedy movies while eating food and so on.
🤣 thanks for the laugh

Isn't that true, when families sit together to eat dinner/lunch, they prefer masala movies or comedies over the urban/intellectual types.
