@Ambreen - "it's ok not to be ok" on Netflix... highly recommended. I usually don't watch shows with a theme of mental health, they are quite heavy and difficult for me, so I was avoiding this for some time. But I started yesterday, and I watched 6 episodes in a row. excellent show. I haven't found anything remotely "bad" so far!!!
