Ok so I misunderstood one of his interviews in hindi and posted the wrong information here. PM Modi could order a ED (Directorate of Enforcement) on his own and perhaps an NIA (National Investigation Agency) investigation. But he can't order the CBI inquiry. The reason he keeps writing letters to Modi is so he can put pressure on the Maharashtra government. And they might listen since he holds so much other power and prestige.

He also said he has no opinion on who is responsible. He wants to leave that to the family. His job is only to get the CBI started for them.

Another thing I love how he refers to Rhea as Jiah or whatever her name is.

Like him or despise him, but if you have Swamy standing against you then you need to be worried. Really worried. A look at this track record with regard to court cases can scare anyone.

I have heard he has even made the Gandhis fall in line. He is not scared to take on anyone powerful. Be it Shashi Tharoor.

If rhea is indeed guilty then she should be afraid. Subramanian Swamy is the same person who defended himself in 1982 ( defamation cases were against him) because he didn't have enough money to hire an expensive lawyer. Opposite him was india's best and most reputed lawyer till today, Ram Jethmalani(who's dead now). Without even a degree in law ,swamy won those cases. Swamy and Jethmalani were often pitted against each other and were foes who turned into frnds. He won the case opp india's best criminal lawyer witgout having a degree so you can very well guess the depth of his knowledge.

But he doesn't have a law degree and he agreed he just wants the CBI inquiry to start. He is not going to fight the case when it goes to trial. (You can only fight a case for yourself if you don't have a law degree in India not others). Im sure his council would be great for Sushant's family because they are going to up against India's top criminal defense lawyer currently..

I saw this on facebook was laughing buckets. Even though it is really not a laughing matter.

Why Mumbai Police not filed a FIR on Sushant Singh Rajput? Why post-mortem report been titled provisional? Both for one reason : The Hospital doctors are awaiting SSR’s viscera report from Forensic Department to know whether he had been poisoned. His nails have also been sent

Why has the viscera report asked by Cooper Hospital doctors to Forensic not yet sent—on whether SSR was poisoned first before doing a sham hanging?
