I don’t know who disha is but the day she died her name was used as ssr former manager and ssr was interrogated by the police even though he was not there the day she died. So Swamy will not pursue the case, once it goes to CBI. Bit disappointing. But then, for handling criminal cases has needs cooperation from police too.

I read in one of the articles about him. His success in cases comes from the presence of his community (Tam Brams) in every administrative position. When he needs any evidence against any politician, concerned document would reach him.

That clout is not present in police department. (Some whistleblower who can give insider information). Sunanda Pushkar case is still pending.

What is good for the public is, BJP & Sena are not allies now. So BJP's hands are free. (Bad thing for Uddhav).

But they have been allies for long. They might have dirty secrets of each other. Congress also has used the underworld. We were told, after Mumbai bombings all Dawood family members got passport/visa done in a day and flew out of India. He was close to Bal Thakre and Sharad Pawar.

With corrupt political system and police, they thought everything will go fine (as in Divya Bharati). But they underestimated Sushant's popularity (public enrage), social media, Swamy/Arnab stepping in with suspicion.

Frankly, till the day Swamy stepped in, I had never thought about murder. Then I felt, if Swamy has entered, there must be something. But initially he deflected my faith with his usual anti Muslim rant. But now (after Arnab's interviews) it is very difficult to believe, it was suicide.

I am aware, nothing is going to happen at the end. No powerful man gets jailed in India for criminal cases. There are no whistle blowers in police department. It is not like taking a photograph of a document and sending it anonymously. They have to be present for interrogation, thereby exposing themselves to criminals. All Swamy can do is; Make a plea to Mumbai police, request if they have any record to help Sushant, send it anonymously.

Maybe I am wrong but it will be up to the family. I think Ishkaran was assigned but they have family lawyer. Im sure they would agree that Dr. Swamy's council which might come through Ishkaran would be helpful. A team of lawyers can work together on cases.
