Sameera found something is changed in maan. He seems a completely different person. I know when she will know the reason, she will be hurt. Again maneet shared a big part of their life with each other. Maan told geet how much he also had suffered in his childhood after his parent's demise. Everyone has their story and what makes them tougher in their life. Life gets never easy with anyone. Maan and sam's relationship had no strength. Their relationship had no trust for each other so as per my opinion it was bound to be broken. I think Brij deliberately didn’t talk about the apparent change in Maan! Though he knows that it’s his love for Geet!

Maan’s able to confront his demons and he was honest about his thought process to Geet and vice versa!

I really liked their conversation! They actually bared their heart out to one another ❤️

Sameera knows Maan well she's so close to him and her observation not wrong he changed bz of Geet that sam have to know later his love fr her and fr Geet is different

Maan Geet talked about rhat night and Maan clearly told if not her he never cheated on sam he want to hurt her but this idea came after seeing her bz at first side he liked her otherwise its not new situation fr him niether she can make hin agree by seducing him he did on his own will so he don't want her to feel guilty sam hurt him badly by breaking his trust he shared everything which he never shared with sam Geet assure him

Of course Sameera would find a little change in Maan

she was his friend , she was his wife so she is one of the people

that would know him

though Brij just said its because Maan has taken leave from office so must be

relaxed but Sam knows differently

and this is another fact about her that I admire

so finally Maan and Geet speak about the very first night they met

both Maan and Geet feels he was been vindictive towards Sam

but Geet herself did same she was also vindictive towards Dev

both Maan and Geet wanted to hurt their spouses because they were hurt

Maan talking about the his past and how he became into this person

and he feels that Geet is the one person that understands well

I somehow feel Annie will chose Arjun

Sameera was Maan's wife and whatever they later felt, at one point they were in love. So it was easy for her to detect Maan's change. About the night Maaneet met, you are right. In a way they both were vindictive. I think the difference is Maan's was intentional while geet was just overwhelmed with pain and wanted a reprieve. But then, we all have been emotional and made mistakes once in a while.

I had a diffcult time writing Maan's perspective so am glad you enjoyed it. About Annie and Arjun, I am still not sure. I haven't written that part yet.😉

Emotional and Excellent Part

Maan tells Geet he started at the age of eighteen years

to work and when he failed on his first project he realized

he cannot trust anyone as they want to see him fall

and its because of that that he became stoic and ruthless

in his business

though in personal life he adored his wife Sam , he loved her

but both never shared their true grievances

Sam and her parents don't talk and Maan does not even know why

while Brij knows the truth

sometimes in a marriage when small and big grievances cannot be

shared between husband and wife , one truly cannot know their partner then

Maan never planned to deceive Sam and when he confessed to her , Maan

felt guilty and this trait of his I like because its true when a man goes otside

his marriage its very difficult for his wife to forgive and get over that trust breaks

I had always thought that Maan's marriage broke for two reasons

Sam going through a abortion and then Maan spending the night with Geet

but it was because Sam never trusted Maan and perhaps when he wanted

a second chance Sam was hurt with his betrayal

I like that Geet stood firm by Maan making him open up to his past

it will be great if both remain friends for a some time

before they decide to get into a relationship

This part was very difficult to write. Being an woman getting Maan's words about himself just right was difficult. I didn't want him to sound like something that will be too feminine or something yet we are talking about a man dealing with his emotions and vulnerabilities. I am glad you liked it.

You are absolutely right about Maan and Sameera's marriage. They never really opened up or shared their deeper darker parts and that's why they had a breach of trust from both side.

About Maaneet, it was always supposed to be slow. Sometimes the character just speaks out and Maan's realization just happened. But they both are not ready for anything more than friendship. They are two broken soul who have to heal individually before they can walk together.

Sam is not jealous exactly, more like envious that Maan could find peace and she was still stuck.

I don't know much about others but yes I did take some of the things from real life. For example, the situation between Geet and her mom was the exaggerated version of home life of one of my best friends. And I honestly believe that people in general aren't inherently evil, just making bad choices.
