I appreciate her speaking up for him and I am not saying he died due to depression but one shouldn't rule it out completely. It could very well have been one of the factors.

Also I don't mean to discredit her statements, but this is just an observation. The timing of the FIR being filed, Rhea being blamed and Ankita speaking to the media (so many interviews) all happening around the same time is interesting.

She is in touch with his family. She went to go visit them in Patna.

Precisely my point. She was in touch with his family, and not him.

There are things his family may not know. No matter how close we are to someone, we can never know them fully. For most, there are pieces of ourselves that we keep to ourselves.

Anyway, that was just my observation. I am no one to pass a judgment or opinion on this case.

She comes from the argument that If he was depressed there is more to it, bringing in the point how distanced he had become from everybody including the elder sister who was like his mother. She did say that he/we would inform about us being sick to our family, how come in this case, he was this ill to be depressed, no one from the family was informed either by him or his girlfriend. He did not go with his sister when they wanted to pick him up. SHe is speaking just what the family is feeling/speaking. What I got from her interview is she does not want it to be brushed under depression and is not okay with all the other mentions of his mental condition by everyone around him. You see Rhea's family knew, Rumy knew, Mahesh Bhatt knew, his secretary knew, Siddarth denied knowing anything and Sushant's family did not, atleast not the intensity of it. Schizophrenia, bipolar,deep depression are bigger terms.

They knew he was being given medication that was not prescribed in other words he didnt have the right diagnosis for medications. Also family is usually the first people to know. My sister lived away from her country and she only called my mom when she was down. There are things like depression, that the world will judge you for but not your family. They would know the most. Certainly more then the likes of Rhea. And his sister shared a link of Ankita's interview on her instagram. She was basically speaking for them. She should have stated. There is no way you could know someone was in depression because you felt they weren't that person when you dated them certainly. But I trust over the likes of Bollywood, Bhatts, and Rhea.

I see. I was speaking based on the earlier video I saw with Arnab where she spoke more in a general sense of how he cannot be depressed, and that threw me off because it was such a blanket statement that does not acknowledge that anyone can be depressed.

But No, lets overlook that because It's not fitting the story. Most of the things right now are heresay and conspiracies. It is all a big MAYBE.

Anybody who watched his last few interviews and also his acting in the movie Dil Bechara can see that there must be something going on with the poor lad. His doctors hopefully shared his medical reports with the police/investigators.May be there was more than depression which could’ve hindered his career had the information been made public which this Rhea person was holding against him and blackmailing?
