I am relieved that she isn't the secret source because well, it isn't a secret anymore if she declared it on TV and after all the shit that has gone down, dunno if it would have been even safe for her. I am frustrated that she chose to give this interview. I love her n all but c'mon girl, what was even the point of this?

I think it will be shown on Saturday? I haven't actually watched any of the rest of the parts that were released today, just the little bit posted in the BW forum where she said the she hadn't spoken to him at all.

I am also not currently sure of what the purpose behind this interview was... but maybe it will be clearer when the whole video is posted. The somewhat sudden sync between Ankita and Shweta is making me wonder if there's something they're trying to do? Not sure what though.

Ohh.. yes, just saw that his sister has posted the interview on her SM.

It somehow makes me feel a lil... better (?) about her giving the interview now. I mean, I still don't know what it has achieved, but, atleast his family seems to have the same opinion as hers and more importantly, are okay with this esp during the investigation.

It also makes me wonder how much back n forth communication is happening between all of them, and whether Anki knows things (maybe told to her by the family) that she is not letting out in media.

Whatever few minutes I saw was hard to watch. Just realized that while everyone knows all about his outlining of plans, goals etc, she was probably the first person he shared his first set of goals with as an adult("five year plans") and she was with him when he was outlining them, and was with him as he achieved them.

Oooh girl after all of yesterday's "news" and then seeing this morning that she was going to be on Arnab's show I was honestly kind of anxious. I guess because this is uncharted territory for us? I feel like a broken record with the amount of times I've said that I did not ever think we would end up here.

One thing I've been thinking about though is that she literally never does interviews without some kind of purpose and I don't see a reason as to why that would change now... I'm also thinking that for today's "sneak peek" it would have been really easy for them to just cut in the parts they wanted for their narrative for the next couple days before they air more of it. Hopefully they will air the whole thing and not just more cuts on Saturday.

From the small bits I've seen, just the amount of passion and compassion with which she refers to him, after everything that happened... y'all it's got me feeling some type of way. I noticed people pointing out that she was often defaulting to describing him in the present tense. :( And you are so right, she really was in the unique position of not just having watched him accomplish his goals, but also being there when he was dreaming them up.

It is SO weird to have so much attention on Ankita. And that too mostly positive attention, though I know it could turn at any moment and for any reason. Feels like I am in an alternate dimension. Again, never thought I would see the day. (For that or for the context it's happening in.)

In the middle of that, I just wanted to say I'm thankful to have shared this fan experience with so many wonderful women who taught me so much. A special shoutout to Tanya di! I think I can speak for both Nisha and myself when I say that we learned so much from you about how to understand Ankita and just people in general. Reading your posts really made younger me reflect on my own biases and deeply rooted problematic ways of thinking, and it is a learning that I've carried with me well outside of this little part of the world.

On another thought, I wonder what the Bihar police wanted to ask her about? I felt a little bad for Arpan when the media surrounded their car afterward, I'll bet that was a new experience for him...

Shweta sharing her interview makes me believe that she has consulted his family before giving this interview. May be she was advised by their lawyer what to say and what not to say. Even I m wondering what bihar police want to know from her .

Agreed Tanmi, it all coming on a bit too strongly to just be coincidental. Wonder where it will all go from here... And to think, at the beginning of this week I was feeling that this would be a great time to jump out of all of this again. Lol @ me. I am so predictable with my reactions to everything related to them.

A little random, but do any of you remember the "reporter" Nayandeep Rakshit? I remember directing a lot of ire towards him, especially during the breakup, for being one of the people who pushed the garbage stories about Ankita. Ab dekho. Bade aaye sab reh reh ke:

I hope Vicky jain is ok with all these attention given to her past relationship. Media, fans,even neutral ppl are now talking about how sushant and ankita were perfect couple . Poor guy was targeted in social media also. He had to limit his comment section.
