I think that's y many BW people give in.. Like in old times they used to say we went for dance performance.. Producers forced and so on..

They feel its easier to give in and do what they say to survive in the industry.. Very rarely do people object Or speak up.. And then they disappear.

There was a guy Arindam Choudhari who dreamed of make the industry more organized.. Dont know where is he now.. Active in industry Or not.
