Rhea files a petition in the Supreme court

Rhea doesn't want a probe by the Bihar Police. She wants it back to the Mumbai Police . Petition filed in the supreme court.

I thought few days back she wanted CBI enquiry no?? 🤔

Useless petition, will be definitely rejected. It holds no legal value, iske abbey ka hai judiciary jo kehne pe cases transfer honge

If you are non-guilty, how does it matter who questions you? Truth does not change. Her, demanding to be probed by Mumbai Police, speaks a lot about her and Mumbai Police as well.There's a lot more than that meets the eye and surely Rhea and her associates are at it.

Makes total sense. She lives in Mumbai. Sushant lived in Mumbai. He also died in Mumbai. It makes no sense for Bihar Police to be involved. She has already been co-operating with Mumbai Police, why should she be reporting to more than one department?

It makes sense for one department to take complete control of the case instead of two departments doing a shoddy job. Better streamline all their resources into one department and let them investigate.

And good thing she moved to SC. No bigger body than them in the country.

For someone who was ready for a cbi investigation, she was rather quick to not let even different state's police to take cover.

I dont even care anymore what the end result of this investigation will be. Anybody with sane mind and rationalising abilities can see whats happening

So whose plea holds more weight here? That of an old father who won't be able to travel to Mumbai and has no faith in the police of a state or that of a girl who has been accused of financial misconduct and forced confinement and had requested for a CBI enquiry some time back?

Dont be too hopeful on what should be ideally done in cases like these.

I wont be surprised if the case is given to mumbai all over again.

Wont be surprised the case is again stalled for months and then later gets closed.

Wont be surprised if the ailing father lives with the guilt of not being able to give justice to his son who died in so much pain.

This plea for transfer of case spoke volume.

For sure she has someone in the Mumbai Police to help her. Also she will be represented by a big lawyer ...he has handled Sanjay Dutt's case ..even he sure has high profile contacts in the Mumbai Police.
