People say Ankita would have kept him grounded as if they know what was the cause of break up. There were lot of rumors saying she slapped and insulted him in public and he has admitted in his interviews that she tends to get insecure. I am not saying that this was the case but if there is any truth to those rumors then can't really blame him from walking out of a relationship which might have turned toxic for both.
Also I have seen a positive change in her after her break up with sush. She has become more grounded, ambitious and passionate about her career and genuinely seems happy with her new guy.
honestly, who knows the truth? We can all just speculate, and base them off our experiences. I think sush and Ankita shared a lovely, deep bond, and she gave a lot to that relationship; but Sushant was a complex man. Even assuming that depression was an onset in 2019 ish, he also faced tragedy at an young age and the way his mind worked ( always restless, insomnia), those traits aren’t typically conducive for long term/stable relationships. who knows if Ankita didn’t want to deal with that anymore?
Also, sushant was relatively young when they started their relationship ( he is younger than Ankita) and people change a lot over their 20s, it could have been just a natural breakup.
my personal opinion is that she wanted marriage, and though he was vocal about getting married, he didn’t want to.
I always thought Ankita was super genuine albeit moody. Throughout the years, she too has mellowed out and refocused her energy into herself and her career.
Kriti and him had a natural ease/bonding, and they had similar vibe. but she alluded his mind being his best friend and worst enemy. So, again not surprised they called it quits.
Rhea... no comments. I just don’t know her at all.
at the end, There is no point wishing two people who don’t want to be together, should be together.
