Honestly, I think what is said about her in the media will rarely affect the decision the courts make, unless they want to make an example of her. If the evidence is there, it will stick, come what may. If it isnt there, it wont stand.

It really will be as simple as that. She needs a lawyer now.

Now it's not random fans but Sushant's father who is alleging Rhea. So I believe it's true.

Sushant's family didn't have problem with his earlier girlfriends Ankita or Kriti. So I can't blame them saying they don't like the girl in their son's life. They must be knowing something that we don't know

I agree that social media uproar will not effect judgment in court. Nothing will.

She will not be proven guilty. Even if she was.

That's not how high profile cases are handled here.

From the beginning of Sushanth death I found Rhea shaddy for her support from Bhatt's and defending her and tarnishing Sushant more and more.. I hope now truth will come out atleast now..

Her father has only asked questions, because he does not know Rhea personally. They would be investigated and the truth will be found. Unless that is the case "oh he's alleging Rhea, so I believe it's true" is not a balanced take.

I didnt understand what you mean? I dont mean it is simple to prove. But now it depends on the evidence ie messages/communication that they can nail.if they can conclusively prove that she had malicious intent that caused him grievous harm- mental or physical- any threats, then abetment is an easy link. Simple in that way. And I'm referring purely to the legal case, NOT the investigation (police, CBI or otherwise)

But the social media stuff doesnt matter to the courts.

I am not questioning what you said.

You have better knowledge that I do in this field and I would never cross what you say in terms of legal actions.

I was just saying things don't happen with sincerity and honesty when a high profile is concerned.

Despite proofs , nobody is proven guilty.

Not one but many examples bare readily available.

Hence no matter what is been said and told and pointed at , are of no use.
