Around when the show first started I had mentioned that Amber needs to speak with a professional to help him process his emotions, his grief of losing his wife, being betrayed by his in-laws etc etc

He has Hakim but there are certain personal things u don’t discuss with friends ..it seems like that way with men at least because they are perceived weak by society (I would love to see a heart to heart where Amber really discusses his emotions with Hakim)

So now I wonder the same about Guneet? Does she need a professional to speak with ? An unbiased person who doesn’t know her or have any judgements about her.

Guneet has gone through a lot ..she was having to take care of her mother, sacrificed marriage proposals cause of Pammi..and also enduring Pammis taunts and put downs. That’s before AS entered her life

Guneet is a fierce woman but even the strong can fall weak. From everything we have seen I think it has taken an impact on Guneets mental health...I mean she was in lockdown with Pammi for months ...that alone

we see her silently weeping at time’s , and all that pain needs to come out. Then CV have not given a chance for Guneet to pour her heart out

if they can’t give her a friend Or a family member to confide in (which makes no sense to me) then give her a therapist...I want an episode just on her where she can just release it all

It will also give us a chance to see some of ST amazing acting

the therapist can be a guest role so that way they don’t need to give someone a permanent role ...cause for reason CV don’t want to do this

Definitely! It's also a good way to show that it's normal to seek professional help for mental health. It's high time we normalize seeking professional help for our mental health.

Yes I completely agree

Mental health is such a taboo topic and I don’t know why. When any other part of our body is infected/not well we don’t feel that level of shame compared to something inflicting the mind

it’s so obvious all 3 need some therapy or an unbiased third party to listen to them and give them some perspective

I guess this is why Rishi was brought in ...but I would really rather the 3 get some actual counselling from a professional
