It can never be called a Homicide, without basic circumstantial evidence indicating violence beyond the hanging! The first statement goes merely by circumstantial evidence and preliminary investigation of crime scene. Any other deeper dive kind of a case would be built after post mortem. Please read the procedural review.

Karan's only punishment is a tanked box office and same with other products of nepotism. I respect your sentiments, but aur kaisi aur kya saza de sakte hai to people for bringing in their kids to the industry?

By avoiding shitty movies and shitty actors we will (hopefully) avoid another case like SSR's from happening by giving them(the outsiders and the ones who are actually good at their work, irrespective of their lineage) their due credits. (I know his love life with Rhea was messed up too, but wahaan pe we cant do and comment anything)

We all want the truth to be out and if its murder, the criminal to be punished and if its suicide driven by certain people, then them to be punished.

He was an amazing being and should be remembered as just that, lets not malign his name by using it to spread hatered.

As fans, we DO NOT have any form of evidence to prove this case was anything but a suicide. We all feel let down by the industry and whatever has happened. But, none of us knew Sushant personally to have any sort of evidence especially because he didn't leave any note behind. His own sister, who was with him in the house when he died said that it was suicide so who else can we blame?! All conspiracy theories at this point. Koffee With Karan, Interviews, Tweets, or Instagram posts are not substantial evidence.

BW movie has definitely ruined people’s sense of judgement and the way we see investigation process.

Having said that I am glad Rhea’s Buddha and Kjo are being finally questioned.

If the outcome is not what people “want” then they will again question the authority.

KR has already laid the ground with “Their Government “ claims.

I just hope the something substantial comes out of this . Practice of suppressing real talent and maligning others stop.

@BOLD This is not how it works. This is only true if there is any signs of struggle or the death scene is suggestive of homicide. In Sushant's case, his sister was in the house, there was no signs of struggle or foul play. It was also not declared as a confirmed suicide. Just suggestive as one. That was just an initial verdict based on the scene.

The marks on his forehead, the sharp red marks along his neck (which cannot come from hanging), you tongue falls out when you hang, Sushant's tongue was not out. They have said (now this is a conspiracy theory) that whoever leaked the pictures did it for this very reason. The cameras being shut down. There was a party at his house the night before (which would suggest at least that he is in good spirits), the four people who spent the night were outside when the servant came. The false statement made by the false doctor who said he was suffering from biopolar disorder. His actual doctor has said nothing keeping the confidentiality requirement in tact. The police giving the verdict on the spot is not allowed. There are have been experts who have come forward and said in a regular case they would be suspened. I doubt with India's justice system we will ever unearth the truth. That is why people are left to speculate because normally if the police were genuinely trying to uncover the truths they would be sharing facts that people could put together. Btw from recent reporting Sushant's family is not happy with the Mumbai police investigation.
