Of course In 1920 the flirting wasn’t casual and I think that’s why Mini would do it when they were alone ( agh, that sounded so wrong but you know what I am trying to say).
My problem is that people are acting like if Ani was also involved with Mini, flirting with her, romancing her, making promises that he will marry her after Bondita leaves. Like no, of course he didn’t say anything but cheating? Isn’t that stretching it a lot?
I feel like Ani is naive in a way. He can’t really judge someone based on hints. He needs to see them be in the act, show their real face to believe that they are wrong. And that’s also another reason why Bondita is perfect for him. She takes hints and knows how to connect the dots.
