There's a part of me that is not gonna forgive Aniruddh exactly for this. Whatever were the circumstances, this is in 1920s and he needs to tell Mini to just let go of everything that existed between them (if ever) and move on. And should have strictly told her to not have any terms with him. Whatever it was, this is a cheating i feel.
Like I said before, cheating is too strong and wrong word to describe that.
Even if Ani did tell her of, she clearly would not listen. Kaka told her to not come in RC anymore, did she listen? No.
Ani broke all his relations with her and even showed in all the ways in which she was wrong but did she have any self respect? No, she still came to RC mansion.
Him telling her of wouldn’t have done anything, she would still try to flirt with him and stuff. Her character is just like that
And remember, that was the beginning stage, when he was having a hard time processing all the changes that happened in just one night. No matter how bad mini is, he loved her. We can’t just expect her presence, her existence around him to not effect him anymore just because he got married, that too a marriage that wasn’t even suppose to be (I am talking logically. No destiny no fate. Just human emotion.)
He overcame that though, he even broke up with her and showed her her place in his life now, which doesn’t even exist.
So my point is that Ani has done nothing wrong.
