Who decides that he lacks the qualities of a star?

Everyone has their struggles.. you are basically undermining Kartik's struggle drastically

If you want to put it that way, Sushant got his first big success with his debut.. all his subsequent movies barring a couple were hits or more.. his career was great in that aspect.. so why complain about his career now? Because of blinds? Because Ranveer has had pathetic blinds written about him.. so has Ranbir.. in case of Sushant, the girl at least came out to defend him publicly for the accusations.. He could defend himself.. the rest had no such option because they were not directly named

And yet he had his share of struggles.. his struggle had more to do with his talent not being done justice.. his struggle was more about not being given due recognition by the industry he was a part of. His struggle had more to do with how he was treated.. you know about these struggles now because you endeavored to understand his state of mind after his demise

In Kartik's case, since he is still out there, battling, striving and trying to do his best, you decided that his struggle is trivial and he has no reason to complain/talk about about nepotism? So which outsider exactly has reason to complain or talk about nepotism as per you considering we don't know whse career is actively being sabotaged?

And he should speak out? Why? He should deal with it in whichever way he seems fit.. speaking out or not is his own prerogative.. that does not mean his struggle is trivial or he has no reason to complain

Sigh.. I can't believe I wrote an essay for someone I don't even like😆

Karthik succeeded despite the lack of the obvious qualities required in a star. So what exactly is he upset about? That it took him this long? He should be proud of what he achieved, not crying (which *he* didn't do) that it wasn't handed to him.

People like ARR are not taking any names but just saying they have been targeted despite being in a much better position than Kartik

People like Ranveer Shorey are not taking any names despite the fact that their career is pretty much over

Don't they have evidences? How then do you expect someone who is still striving to make a mark take names or share his struggles?

Because collusion to destroy someone is illegal. *If* peeps knew of SSR's mental state, which they dumbly claimed they did, and went ahead with the bullying and blinds, it becomes criminal.

None of which appears to have happened to Karthik.

Also, I didn't say any place blinds against insiders were all right, did I? Somehow, you seem to assume I did. Insiders do have a support system which helps them deal with it, so there is a difference, but blinds are designed to attack someone without paying a price for it.

Who am I to decide Karthik lacks talent and succeeded despite? I'm part of the audience. Yeah, each of us matters. Also, in the end, yours is as much an opinion as is mine. So yeah, stating again: Karthik is not a good actor.

Stating again: Karthik Aryan succeeded despite lack of talent, despite lack of connections. He struggled, but his only cry against nepotism here would be that he didnt get it sooner like equally untalented starkids do.

I have only one thing to add to that if Karthik is really cribbing about it: welcome to the world of the rest of us. We all struggle and expect to up to a point. What we don't expect is that someone would actively sabotage our careers. It doesn't seem to have happened to him.

This discussion is just going around in circles now.

Karthik actually comes across as a decent chap. Clearly, audience has decided on his star quality. So I hope he continues to succeed. It's really no skin off my back.

Other than that, this whole discussion has become redu6and boring.

That is true. I was talking about not seeing any blinds about him as I did for SSR. Maybe I missed them.

A lot of people also found Sushant an average actor.. so the argument could be that his career was limited not because of alleged sabotage but because of his limited acting abilities?

Since the sabotage claims are not even proven at this point

Appears.. seem.. so we are still working on assumptions and then we are lamenting that Sushant was affected by these assumptions😆

Yesterday, it was Shahrukh who hadn't struggled, today it's Kartik.. Vidya has already been discarded and same for Tapsee.. i am genuinely curious to know which outsiders barring Sushant actually struggled whose opinion would hold weight in this whole argument
